someone here had a suggestion to plug the chainstays past where the crush zone is , then fill the tube solid ..
or epoxy the KS , in place outside then it doesnt need so much force holding it there..
there are add on plates .. uses the mudguard mount hole on the CS brace to hold it ..
And new style KS , 2 small bolts back by the rear wheel hold it on , part of new frame designs..
I actually had rear triangle KS before, but I destroyed two of them, not stable enough. Epoxy is a good idea... I was thinking
a. add a lock washer
b. loctite the bolt
c. hose clamp the KS in place so it's less likely to rotate.
