The serial number indicates its from 1979. Probably an international.
The W stamp is for west coast cycle.
Looks like a nice frame though. The fork is a turnoff and the price is a bit steep for what it is In my opinion
Thank you, appreciate that. Yeah, incongruity between frame and fork wasn't immediately obvious to me. Looking at it now, it should have been.
Spray painted chrome I would not have known. I haven't had any experience with the stuff. You? I wonder how durable it might be. I imagine its still just as susceptible to easily cracking and what-not. The International can be built into a pretty decent touring bike, so I'm curious as the long-term viability of this kind of exterior.
