It will take a couple of weeks for the tape to arrive. It isn't the greatest quality, but it comes with both tape and plugs, and is functional and it will help clean up the bike.

In my opinion, it is worth $1.42.

Then, I'd get rid of the lock, polish it up, and try selling the bike for $100.
