There are a bunch of them on E-Bay, all similar, so I just pick out the cheapest. Even a few auctions, but those are a pain for a $1.50 item.
Quality is ok, nothing special. They do not use glue, but if wrapped tight, they seem to stay in place well enough. And don't leave glue all over your bars. Like many types of tape, they start unravelling along the edges around 2000 miles or so.
Bar plugs fall out

I've gone with Velox rubber screw-in plugs.
The splotchy tapes seem not to be real popular in some circles, although they may hide grease a bit more than the solids.
Anyway, I doubt they're in the same class as $30 rolls of tape, but not bad for a disposable item.
