If I wanted to weigh my bike our shop had a Park Tool Scale but honestly I didn't care too much. If the bike feels right to you, just ride it. The only time you really need to know the weight is if you need to fit into UCI or other race weight limits.

I do generally try and weigh my touring panniers just to make sure they are as even as possible so nothing is lopsided and also to see if there is stuff I can remove that I really don't need.
