I've been using this combination on my Samsung Galaxy S5 for over two years and the Note 4 daily since March, no screen burn in on either. An hour and a half once a day is not excessive. You can use
How to Remove Screen Burn in From AMOLED Screen Phones - techtrickz to remove it on the S5. The Note 4 has not exhibited the problem. But thanks.
