Let me introduce the very rare 1975 Ersatz Gran Prix. Maybe the only one in the USA. Condition 10/10 as it's been wonderfully maintained all it's life. It seems the final choice of handle bar tape is still pending though we could just leave it as is as a theft deterrent.

IIRC this bike is made up of parts from over 20 other bicycles. The nameless Shimantourgino drive train works just beautifully - silent, specific, smooth and sexy. I donno what the models are. At least they don't say Schwinn Approved (a pet peeve of mine). This is my first go at rando handle bars and I like them. You'll also see that a short length of the turkey levers are still there. I ride a lot on the ramps and these stubs work for over 70% of my braking needs. Yes, I know they prevent full power stops - I drop to the hoods if that may be needed. The pump is functional though weak. I still carry a modern mini in my tool bag. I've also mounted BMX pedals so I can just ride in sneakers. So far so good - good platforms for wide running shoes. Enjoy.
