You'll need a battery, both junction boxes and all applicable e-tube wiring as well. Your frame manufacturer should have a guide (many do) on what lengths of e-tube cabling you'll need. Make sure you choose the appropriate lengths and if you go with an external battery the appropriate junction box.
This and keep in mind that the electronics need to match but the mechanical is just as mix and match as it is in the non electronic form. All electronic devices are addressable and the system wont
let you mix and match. Take care in choosing the battery setup you want, internal or external, and the charging system. Internal uses a different charger. With internal you use a certain format front junction box which can also permit a less expensive programer for making handy function changes or updating firmware. Internal battery with the programer/charger is the way to go IMO.
