I generally will have stopped cyclo-commuting by the time it gets to requiring ski goggles. I have done a couple of really cold days on my mtb and put on some ski goggles but they kept fogging up because I wasn't going fast enough to create circulation inside the goggles to clear the moisture. If I do some winter commuting this year, I might take an old pair of goggles and drill some small vent holes in the lens.
