Ride slower on the MUPs and faster on the roads...use a bell if you don't wanna say "on your left", or use your brake levers to make some noise. Oh, I know, get your brakes out of alignment so they squeal like a banshee. Other option: get rid o the powertap and get a chris king. Maybe 5% of the people you come across will pay any attention to your loud hub, hence a bell being much mroe effective. You also want to warn people you are there before you are right up on their butts.
