"Training" has sucked this week. Been sick since Saturday which started out as a sore throat, fever and earache. Now it's just congestion and so.much.snot!! I'm a terrible sick person. I hate sitting around and haven't been able to sleep well. I've done a few easy rides this week and some trail running. I ended up at the doctor for antibiotics for my ear and sinus. On the plus side, I was due for a rest week and I weigh less than I have in years!
