I don't think Ritchey makes any bicycle components. Performance may buy stuff from the same Asian factories as Ritchey, but that is no guarantee that they are built to the same designs, specifications, or quality levels.

At one time, Ritchey built his own bicycle frames, but those may be outsourced now as well.
