I took it to a local bike shop and he replaced to BB and the crankset for $30. Performance Bike can do it too...just a personal preference since I know the mechanic. You can do it yourself if you have the tools to remove the BB.
i took it to my guy and i took off the old crank set and BB and he put on the new one and i ended up doing all the work basicly so he's like no charge plus i kinda lnow him so maybe that helped the no charge and i bought it there too so yeah .
