short tempo yesterday, short ride with openers today. hopefully tuning the body to race tomorrow. chain feels bad in the big ring but i can worry about that later because i won't be using it much.
current status: attempting to deceive myself that this isn't just a faulty reading in my sprint and i did in fact set a new 1 sec MMP.
