Light system question

I am looking for some light system that can stay on for aprox. 9 hours. Budget is US$250.00

I just got the Niterider Evolution Smart. Great light, right on my budget but it only lasts 1.5 hours. My goal is to do some brevets and touring in Central Florida, hopefully the 400km in March 2006 on a 20" wheel bike.Click here for more info about the Brevet
