That bike is a bit of a mess at the moment, some easy fixes would really help it.
Both QR's are fitted on the wrong side
The saddle is a mess, ripped
The big issue with the bike, is the stem, the stem is incorrectly fitted, and is only being held on, on the lower pinch bolt, this really needs looking at, thinking the stem just needs to be moved down to fix this.
