I have an Araya 10 speed from 1974, based on components and what little I could find on the internet. It rides very similar to my 1973 Super Course, so I'm thinking it might be Reynolds 531. There doesn't seem to be much info on this brand. From what I've read, back in the early 70's either Araya actually made the frame and it's decent or Araya made it and it sucks. Or, someone else made it and it's decent or it sucks. :-)
