Yeah, you aren't quite making it out my way (I'm very north Wilmington, almost PA) but I've biked most of your route at some point. The area around Mt. Cuba (remember this is DE so don't expect a real mountain) is some of my favorite cycling grounds. I took route 82 from the start in DE all the way out past Coatsville on Tuesday and yesterday I went out that way just to ride across Hoopes Reservoir.
