I don't necessarily prefer to ride solo. I'm just so slow it winds up that way. Even the kid on the Big Wheel can't stand to slow down to my speed for long. The guy on the Worksman single speed tricycle hauling a trailer full of welding supplies tried to wait for me during a recent 10 mile ride, and even stopped every 100 yards to let me catch up. But he had to be back to work sometime this week.
