Not to be mean or judgemental, but nothing makes me more upset then when someone puts their handlebars up in the air. This defeats the purpose of the drops, and you will be much less aerodynamic. The way I like my handlebars is as low as I can get them whilst still remaining a good back, and also have the drops parallel to the ground. Sorry about this, it is just one of my cycling pet peves.
