The 7800 crankset & BB work well on my Globe Live 3. It definitely looks better with the 7900 Dura Ace clipless pedals, but it works great and I didn't even need any spacers or jiggery-pokery to line up the belt or eccentric bottom bracket.
Planning on doing the same thing to my Globe Live 2 with chain drive, though I hope the chainline works on the inside chainring. Going to machine the teeth off a 7800 53T chainring and use it as a guard to keep my work pants from getting chain-lubey.
