And now you have it. The rear mudguard looks to have pinstripes whereas the front doesn't?

Dunlop chrome was great in the 50's. You'd get the rusty sidewall brake rub but it didn't spread. Mathauser pads love that old chrome. I built Elizabeth a late 50's Raleigh that would lock up with the stock brakes, cables and steel Raleigh pattern rims with the red pads.


So get on with it! Clean it, tweak it and ride it.

Great looking ride! I never seen one with chrome fork ends, that really breaks up the lines in a great way.

I forgot I shot this, I'll update tomorrow with more photos here is a side shot of the top of the fork
