You guys are really very motivating! I am kicking my fat rear for letting myself slide the last six months gaining back weight I had lost and not working out every day like I was before coming back to the States in May!

Was doing lots of walking (2-4 miles per day) until I sprained my left ankle in September and I am just this week finally being seen by podiatry and orthopedics. As a Disabled Vet getting into specialty clinics takes forever. They offered me an appointment for the podiatrists in January. They ended up sending me out of the VA! Miracle!

I need to find a gym close by and get serious about getting back in shape! Thanks for sharing your programs and goals!
