Suffered? Hardly, they made a crap load of bikes and shipped them all over the world. Their reputation is not diminished because of the Roadster and Hi-tens they pumped out by the millions. Heck they had the power to do it.

The Big 3 Auto makers built some really nice machines, does the fact they produce millions of everyday drivers diminish the 'Vett, the Formula GT or the Superbird....I think not!
