Hey Guys...first post here! Glad I found this place. The title says Soon to be EX clydesdale because I have about 45 pounds to go to be in onederland, and about 65 pounds to hit my goal weight of 180. Started this whole journey at 338 pounds...bought a bike (Trek hybrid) and then put it in my basement because I couldnt ride it. I tried, but I was at the point that I would get winded just tying my shoes. That sounds cliche, but in my case it is absolutely true! Well, I decided to have VERTICAL GASTRIC SLEEVE surgery (hence the VSG in my user name) Since I had my surgery on August 5, 2015, I have lost 94 pounds. I have never felt better in my life! Now, I am ready to get on that bike and RIDE! That starts tomorrow! Well, that is my story! Glad to be here and I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can!
