If someone from Texas (me) can ride in 30 degree weather, then surely someone from Pennsylvania and Illinois should be able to manage.
I ride all winter, even down to 0°F if the wind is calm. I, however, have organized indoor training with a coach on M-W-F. I ride outside on the other days.
BTW, despite 90 minutes of indoor, I'm hitting the outdoors on my fixed gear this afternoon.
