I talked to Bill about frame specs when getting my frame painted by Elliott Bay just as they were closing and he was moving. My take away was like DD comment above lots of his models were "adjusted" for the buyer so model/year were hard to nail down. All we could tell for sure was my main tubes were SLX.
I love your frame but again as DD said if that paint job never left Bill's shop.
