Just reassembled this bike after chainstay replacement and respray by Franklin Frame. The cobalt blue doesn't pop like the factory paint, but the workmanship is first rate. One of my favorite bikes.
I had one with that same color scheme. Mine was Reynolds 653. Nice bike. Don't see those too often.
