Just had my first real crash last Friday. Took a left turn on damp blacktop @ 16mph and the wheels came out. Landed on my left side and my head hit the pavement. Luckily I was wearing a helmet, it needs to be replaced.
Today, i'm still sore on my left side and the road rash is healing.
