winter.....
Well, its winter. Snow is on the ground, trails have ice on them. Some people are brave to get on their bike and endure the cold. I for one aren't. The cold does a number on my joints and my lungs which is very unpleasant. I find myself daydreaming of the time when the weather warms up and I will hop back on my bike and enjoy the warm sun and the fresh green leaves and grass.
Now thats done. my questions for you all, what do you do to keep yourselves busy/fit during the dim, dull, frigid season of the year (for us Canadians, and resident of the northern part of USA, not only that also for Scandinavian countries.) and how to keep yourselves sane and not go insane?
