Winter Cycling
2) Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, spinning classes at the gym, weightlifting, running on the treadmill, swimming, long walks, doing commercial intervals on the trainer, yoga, and of course ... cycling outside.
3) Travel to a warm part of the world. Just about every winter we go somewhere warm for a minimum of a few days and as long as possible. Even if it is just out to Vancouver for 5 days in early March or something.
