Most of the responses here have made the simple point that cleat positioning is for most cyclists, including me, simply not a particularly arcane exercise that requires the use of special tools, as you seem to think, save and except in very specific circumstances where some anatomical anomaly might be involved -- in which case a much more elaborate procedure than that allowed for by the tool you are using would be required, along with specialist knowledge.
That this point has been made with a bit of snark at times is only to be expected given the tone of your original post; it has absolutely nothing to do with some supposed male reluctance to "ask for help".
