I'm pretty sure you could drive 100 miles round trip faster than you could make a BBT-22 using pipe and a dremel tool.

On the other hand, I love DIY projects, so I just put the calipers to my BBT-22 to give you a jump. The outside diameter is about 1.25 inches. There are 20 evenly spaced splines that are 1/32 inch wide and 1/8 inch deep. Have fun!
