Ms. Terry has often used frame contractors to provide frames. Mrs. Road Fan has a 1997 Georgena Terry Classic, which has a frame built by Wilier, and a 2014 Cote Donana with frame built by Waterford. It other years the frames were Asian sourced. Earlier in her career she had her own frame shop. I can't say she never builds her own any more, but here are two real data points.
