All there is to quality is that the product is what it is purported to be, that it is satisfactory to the purchaser based on their expectations of what they were buying. No one challenges the Chinabike frames on the basis of appearance, rideability, comfort, etc. They satisfy almost universally in those respects. It is only the question of safety/durability that is brought up against these frames, not based on experience, but rather on "what if".
