I have Grand Bois tires on another bike and those are really good also.
I had Grand Bois Cypres Extra Legers (700x32s) on my Ridley and my god, they roll so smooth. Like riding on clouds. Unfortunately, they're also extremely fragile, and I had to retire them early due to a cut on the sidewall.

My Pista used to wear Veloflex Masters and those were also very supple.
