I'm not. It's just people tend to throw around numbers on this forum with impunity. I'm finding that people rarely have any idea what their bikes weigh, but they feel that since they bought carbon, it should be lighter than everything else when often times it is not. Other times, people just throw out false numbers to sound impressive in the hopes of not getting called on it. In the end, I guess it doesn't really matter that much. Just something to talk about while bored at work waiting for the clock to hit the right number so I can go ride this afternoon.
