It would be nice if they'd do a lugged one with level top tube. Maybe they're loath to do a run of wishbone seatcluster lugs? Of course if they kinked the joint where the stays meet the monostay, then they'd only have to make one lug for all sizes. That'll vary top rack mount heights a bit, but...
