Seeking Ohio to Erie trail info whole 334 miles

I am seeking information on the Ohio to Erie trail -- all 334 miles of the route. I find confusing information online. Most sites point to just sections of the route, and particularly a towpath section. I can't seem to find detailed trip reports and FAQs on the entire 334 mile route from Cincinatti to Cleveland. Can anybody share info if you have ridden this route? Seems to be about 80% bike path and 20% roads. I found a GPX file that will be helpful. What info can anybody share? Particularly, is this a route with daily camping options for a through-ride, or is it better suited to credit card touring?
