I've been fine with a separate mini-rack + the Hooped lowrider... ..

Though the Old Blackburn MTN Front rack and the 2 parts of their original Lowrider racks can be combined

the strut coming down from the MTF can replace the Hoop on their Low Rider rack Kit.

(I expect there is a PRC copy made of them by now..)
