I have no idea if a Racktime Topit would worth with a low rider rack, the TopIt is a platform rack and it mounts on teh mid fork brazeons instead of the cantilever brake posts. Ask mdilthey what he thinks of that rack, he has posted photos of that rack with small panniers on front, but his panniers were up high, not low like a low rider.
