I just recently bought from Roswell Bikes, from that list, they get my vote. I also visited Alpha Bikes and Cycleworks before making my decision. Of those 3, Roswell by far had the best customer service. They were only one that actually offered to let me ride one of the bikes before I had to ask to do so. They actively asked questions trying to determine what was the best bike for me. Since this was my first bike purchase in 15+ years, I decided to go with the shop that provided me the best service, rather than picking a brand and finding someone who sold that brand.
