I have done test rides on several bikes. My experience has been very close to what the reviews have stated. That being said, I trust the guy that does these reviews. He rates the bikes on a scale of 10. However, I can't recall reading reviews where the bikes were rated below 8. (wow! until i just searched prodeco - plenty at 8 and below, enough for me to stay away.) I wouldn't consider a bike for myself that is not rated 9.5 or 10. There are plenty of choices in that range.

I can't find a review on the site for Harpie... never heard of it either. My choice would be stay away.

Easymotion Evo - many of those models are rated at 10 by the site - they would be my first choice out those you presented. I've ridden the easymotion bikes - I liked them. It looks like the link to the evo bikes shows 2016 models. They could only be an improvement to the 2015. I noticed the battery has a "quick charge" - up to 80% in 1.5 hours - that is really cool. I haven't seen it before and I wondered when it could come around on ebike batteries since it has been around for a while in cell phones. Also, the website states that the Evo Cross now has a 500 watt motor.
