I have to sympathize with the OP. It IS irritating when a road user will not apply their brakes for even a fraction of a second, when doing so would be the courteous thing to do.

For instance, here is a video where it is the CYCLIST is exhibiting MGIF. If he would have tapped the brakes for two seconds, he could have let a vehicle safely complete a turn. Instead, he HAD to get in front of the car. Oh wait, this video is by the OP as well.
