The steel cranks on my English 3-speed are bent. Not sure how that happened, but the bike is about 60 yrs old. Anyone have success doing this?

The chainwheel is also not parallel with the downtube...Not sure if the axle is set an angle or what. I'm afraid to start bending stuff--is there a professional way to do this?
