Yes, shifters, FD, RD, and chain are all required, go ahead and get the dual pivot brakes too as they are a significantly easier pull; you do not need to change the crank as I rode a 6700 crank with 5800 for a long time with very minimal change in shifting when I bought the 6800 crank, probably because it had 10k fewer miles on it. It's a huge increase in feel, mainly on downshifting because the ratcheting barrel inside the lever more accurately returns to optimal alignment, compared to 10-speed. It's like comparing the paddle shift trans in my Acura (sloppy, slow) to a Ferrari trans (crisp), feels more expensive.
