Just an update to my original review- I took out my Diverge for a road only ride and I have to say I'm impressed with its ability as a "road" bike. The only thing I changed were the tires to 28mm Michelin Pro4 Endurance. The ride was noticeably smoother with these tires. My first few rides on the stock tires and Clements I wasn't very impressed with its on road compliance. The difference now is night and day- for the better. I went out on one of my usual loops and my average speed was consistent with my true road bikes but my average HR was about 10 beats higher. I only really noticed the 8 pound weight disadvantage on the longer climbs where I was noticeably a few mph slower. Overall I'm very pleased with the versatility of the Diverge DSW.
