Freewheel for old British single speed hub

I'm looking to pick up this old Sturmey Archer hub (single speed):

Vintage Sturmey Archer Bicycle Hub Single Speed Raleigh Rudge Humber BSA Dawes

Does anyone know if this 22 tooth Regina Extra freewheel is compatible with this hub?

Rare Vintage 1960's-1970's NOS Regina Extra 1/2 x 1/8 Track Single Freewheel

Sheldon's chart shows that that the thread diameter for Italian, British, and USA are all slightly different:
Traditional Thread-on Freewheels

Also, how does the quality of Regina freewheels (c.1970s) compare to new production freewheels like Shimano?

The issue I'm having is finding a 22 tooth freewheel designed for 1/8" chains. I think the biggest one Shimano makes is 20 tooth. Also, I'm guessing the Shimano threading is USA standard and not old British?
