One thing I've noticed is they are ~42cm ctc at the bends and 44cm ctc at the end of the drops. Also my clamp area measures 26.2mm even though they were advertised as 26.0mm. I'll have to gently spread the stem to go over the collared area without scratching the finish. Have read about others with this same problem.
Thanks for the offer much appreciated! I probably need some measurements of a pair of 40cm Dubois for comparison though. Interesting about the width. Mine are 42s and still on the bike under tape etc, and have been trying to work out how Cinelli measures the width. Mine are 40.5 ctc approx at the ramp area just before the hoods and 41.5 ctc at the drops. Not entirely accurate but I doubt if I'm out that much. Trying to do a comparison via ebay is a black art.

So Cinelli went from 26.4 to 26? I have to get a longer stem and make sure the diameter matches.
