Very true --- I found this one used off Craigslist for $225 in excellent condition with new tires. There are deals out there if you know your size and are patient
--- This is obviously a non current model, as it is 9 speed 105, with a threaded steerer, --- but the performance is more than a match for most current stuff for 99% of the riding that most people do --- being aluminum with a carbon fork, its not that bad on the scale either
